Terms of use

Users must provide accurate registration information, protect their account access, use SooqGamer lawfully, and follow all marketplace instructions. Creating or using an account requires the user to be at least 18 years old.

02

Registration data & privacy

SooqGamer stores the first name, last name, date of birth, email address, phone number with country code, display name, agreement version, agreement time, and security signals connected to registration. Registration details, including the phone number, are encrypted and used for account security, verification, support, and fraud prevention. Passwords are not stored in readable form.

03

Public reviews and anonymized display

Reviews submitted after completed purchases may be displayed publicly across SooqGamer, including in moving review strips. The public display may include the star rating, review text, the game and offer purchased, and the buyer's country at country level only. Buyer display names are masked. Full names, email addresses, phone numbers, exact addresses, IP addresses, payment details, and precise locations are not shown. Users must not include sensitive personal information in review text.

04

Marketplace rules

Listings and communications must be accurate and must not involve fraud, stolen access, prohibited content, impersonation, or attempts to bypass SooqGamer protections. Transactions completed outside SooqGamer are not covered by the platform workflow.

05

Seller policies

Sellers must list only products or services they are authorized to provide, describe delivery accurately, keep evidence when requested, respect delivery commitments, and cooperate with disputes and security reviews.

06

Payments, wallets & disputes

Users must use supported payment and wallet flows and provide accurate transaction information. SooqGamer may review transaction records, delivery evidence, reports, and account history when handling a dispute or a security concern.

07

Administrative wallet holds and deductions

After a documented administrative review, SooqGamer may hold or deduct all or part of a user's available wallet balance where reasonably necessary to address fraud or attempted fraud, chargebacks, approved refunds or compensation, unpaid platform fees or debts, payment reversals, misuse of the marketplace, violations of these terms, or legally required payment obligations. A deduction must be connected to the reviewed issue, must not exceed the available wallet balance or the documented amount owed, and will be recorded in the wallet ledger and account history with the amount, reason, date, and responsible administrator. The affected user will receive an in-site notice and may challenge the decision through support. Any decision remains subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements.

08

Cancellations and refunds to the site wallet

If a paid order is cancelled or an approved refund is issued, the full refundable amount is credited to the buyer's SooqGamer wallet, including any refundable buyer fee. The wallet credit can be used for future purchases without any additional refund fee or wallet-use fee. A user who does not wish to keep the balance on SooqGamer may request a withdrawal at any time through an available withdrawal method. Withdrawal requests remain subject to the active method's minimum amount, configured withdrawal fee, identity or security checks, and processing time. The amount is not returned automatically to the original payment method unless applicable law or the payment provider requires another refund route.
